Daedastream partnered with Arrow Plumbing to develop a custom CRM solution that would streamline the complex needs of client and technician management, financial tracking, and workflow efficiency. The CRM, built using Next.js, focuses on optimizing day-to-day operations for medium-sized dispatching companies.
In addition to the core CRM functionality, we implemented several integrations, including DocuSign for verifying contracts and QuickBooks for financial management and invoicing. The system also features a dynamic messaging solution developed with Express.js and Twilio Conversations API, facilitating efficient communication between admins and clients within the platform.
To support technicians in the field, we built a mobile app using React-Native, allowing real-time updates on job statuses, appointment management, and communication—all from the convenience of their mobile devices. These combined features have created a more cohesive and efficient workflow for Arrow Plumbing's operations.
